Placing Your First Order
Placing an order with BodyworkMall.com is easy. There's no need to create an
account first. You automatically create an account when you place your first
order online. (For information about ordering offline, click
here.)
Here are the steps to follow when placing an order:

Find the Items
You Want
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order.
To browse our online catalog, enter a BodyworkMall storefront by choosing one
of the Stores in the left left menu. Each Store contains one or more
Departments, each of which contains one or more Categories, several of
which are highlighted on the Storefront pages. You may elect to browse a
particular Category by clicking on its Highlighted Listing on the Storefront
page or go directly to all products and Categories within a Department by
clicking on the Department's image or text listing.
While browsing a Department, its Categories, and its Subcategories, you will be
able to further narrow your search by filtering by additional categories,
filtering down to only those products you are most interested in viewing. For
instance, you may be searching for lotions and creams that are specifically
used in reiki massage in which case you might select the Lotions and Creams
Category along with the Reiki Massage Category.
You may also choose to filter your product listing by its Vendors or by a range
of Prices, should those be available categories within a Department. Finally,
you may search among your product listing via the "Search These Results" option
under the Catalog Options within a Department. Alternatively, you may search
the entire product listing using the Search Site utility at the top right of
each page. For more help with our search utility, click here.
When you find an item that interests you, click the name of the item or the
"More Information…" link to see its product detail page. Here you will find
more information about the item, including any any product options such as
color or fabric.
Add the Items to
Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item from BodyworkMall.com, configure any necessary
options and click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page.
(For products that do not have any configurable options, you can add them to
your Cart in a single step by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button on the
product listing.) Keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of
the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart
at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top of any storefront
page within our web site.
Proceed to
Checkout
Take a moment to review the items in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you
don't want to purchase a particular item, you can remove it from your Cart by
pressing the "Remove" button. You can also change the options you selected
earlier from the Shopping Cart by clicking on the "Customize" link beneath its
name. When you're ready to place an order for all of the items within your
Cart, enter your zip code where indicated (to approximate your shipping and any
relevant taxes) and click the "Continue" button. You will be taken to the first
page of the Order Form.
Log In or Create
an Account through Checkout
Once you've elected to check out from the Shopping Cart page, you will be taken
to the first page of the Order Form. New customers should select the second
option (Create an Account) to continue with the Checkout process. Returning
customers should enter their e-mail address and the password they chose when
they first created an account with BodyworkMall.com and click the "Login"
button. If you don't remember your account information, click on the
Forgot Your Password link.
New customers will be asked to fill out some basic information about themselves,
including address, telephone, and e-mail address. Note that this e-mail address
will be used to log in for subsequent orders and any necessary correspondence
about the orders you have placed. Please enter a valid, frequently checked
e-mail address. (For more information about how we use this information, we
invite you to view our Privacy Policy.) Once
you've entered your Personal Information, you will be prompted to choose a
password. Some good sense tips for creating a password are:

Use at least 8 characters — a combination of letters and numbers is best.

Do not use dictionary words, your name, e-mail address, or other personal
information that can be easily obtained.

Change your password frequently.

Avoid using the same password for multiple online accounts.
Provide Payment
and Shipping Information
Once you have entered your Personal Information, you can elect to reuse this
information for Shipping and Billing Information by selecting the appropriate
checkbox. Note that, even if you elect to reuse the Personal Information you
entered in the Billing section, you will still need to enter information for
your credit card. For security purposes, BodyworkMall.com does not store credit
card information for customers so you will need to reenter this information
each time you complete an order.
Once you have completed the Personal, Billing, and Shipping information, you
will be given exact costs for shipping and any applicable taxes. For
information about how we calculate these two items, please visit the
Shipping Information and Sales Tax sections.
Once you are satisfied with your order, click the "continue" button. You will
be taken to the Order Confirmation page.
Review and
Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary
adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Confirm Order" button to submit
your order. Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation
e-mail message with an order number for your records.
