Returns and Exchanges
BodyworkMall wants you to be satisfied with the items that
you purchase. We realize that you may change your mind and want to return
or exchange some purchases. BodyworkMall is more than happy to accept returned
products within 30 days. If you wish to return something, please contact a
member of our Customer Service Department at (888) 354-6348. Items must arrive in
new condition and in the original packaging. Shipping
charges to and from our facility will not be refunded. Please note that
custom built items cannot be returned.
BodyworkMall cannot accept returns on open products such as
creams, lotions, oils, videos, CDs, books, and software.
Defective Products
BodyworkMall carries the finest products in the industry. In
the rare instance that you receive a product that is not working properly,
please contact a member of our Customer Service Department at (888) 354-6348. In
order for BodyworkMall to provide you with the best service, you must contact
us within the first 30 days of the order's arrival. Any defective software,
books, or CDs that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced with the same
item ordered.
